Vintage 1990’s Lisa Frank Hugging Penguins Backpack. This has a faded name written on the inside of it as well as a few pen marks in the back. The clear plastic on the front has pulled loose also. The straps on this backpack are different colors and really scream Lisa Frank. Please see photos for details.
